Is there really no monthly subscription?

Standard has no monthly subscription. DogFieldHQ collects 20p when a customer successfully pays for an online booking. You can cover the 20p yourself or add it to the customer's total. Stripe processing charges are separate and are paid by you.

Can I pass the booking fee to customers?

Yes. You can choose whether your business absorbs the 20p fee or the customer pays it at checkout.

When is the platform fee collected?

What happens to fees after a refund?

Issuing a customer refund does not automatically return the DogFieldHQ platform fee to you. The current refund flow retains it; returning it requires a separate decision by DogFieldHQ. Check your Stripe terms for the treatment of processing charges.

Where can I check my account’s fee?

The advertised Standard offer is 0% plus 20p. Your business profile shows your account's configured fee, and each customer booking records the fee terms used. If your account shows a different fee, contact DogFieldHQ before taking payments.

Can I manage more than one field or location?

Yes. Standard supports multiple fields and locations, each with its own pricing, availability and customer guidance.

Can customers book from my existing website?

Yes. Send customers to a direct booking link or add the availability widget to your website.
